Photo Reports on EMS Activities during the Water Festival in Phnom Penh

The Cambodia enjoys the most popular national festival - Water Festival in November every year and it had taken place from November 1 to 3, this year. During this holiday and festival season every year, we had experienced great increase in road traffic accident related mortality and morbidity.
Thus, not only the Ministry of Health, but many other public safety organizations and agenciesare most active during this season to maintain safety for visitors to the festival.

SBSI Japan has dispatched 3 short term expert/volunteers from Japan and
elsewhere to support local emergency medical services teams in association
with the EMS system development project in Cambodia.
